I remember learning this language called GW-Basic while I was at school. It was my first programming language and learned it in the late '90s. It's a literary a basic language. Had to write like 10 lines for printing a "Hellow World". Later years I learned languages like Visual Basic, ASP.Net, C, C++, and then landed on PHP which I fall in love with. After that, I only used that till I found Python.

I learned Java for my degree but never liked it like PHP or Python.

Well, my first programming language is c.
It's too boring and I left the course.
The course just teaches us basic c and it is so documentation and not practical at all.

My first one is Pascal, which is meh... Not really usefull in real world. But still, it introduces me to the world of programming. I also learn C++ and Python subsequently, albeit only the basic. The one that really stick with me is PHP. Probably because "real" programming is too hard for me lol. I think Python is actually great and could be really usefull, but I just can't spare enough time to learn it.
