Hi

I Have than one active sub reseller. And i submit ticket and lnb-hosting support staff say me that they upgrade my plan to VIP. but i am still Free User.
When you want upgrade me?

if you have than one active sub reseller most be upgrade send new ticket & request to upgrade
maybe the support staff is busy and replay your ticket but they are answer all the tickets.

Try opening up a general support ticket as i don't think account upgrades are done automatically. Even with paid upgrades i noticed this as after i paid for my SuperVIP there was a waiting period. My guess just the time until one of the LNB-Hosting reps approved my order.

I too submitted a ticket , but cant see how they will be able to verify that it is us essentially.

I believe you are speaking about the referrals scheme for LNB-Hosting administration dashboard, I have around 15 referrals and they are all pending and even though it's been more than 30 days they didn't change to active or cancelled.

I contacted LNB-Hosting and they said that all the accounts will stay pending until one of my referrals gets at least 10 active clients and accounts.

For the forum post count, I reached the 50 posts today and still haven't been upgraded. I am not even aware how to.
hmm


However hopefully I get a free vip upgrade even though I am already looking to buy the Super VIP in the upcoming months.

We have all upgrade requests pending in queue and we will process soon.
